Megan Fiorillo, MD
Dr. Fiorillo joined Downtown Women in September 2026. Her clinical interests include sexual health, individualized obstetric care, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic techniques. She believes that excellent care begins with open communication and strives to create an environment where patients feel at ease discussing sensitive concerns and actively involved in decisions about their care.
A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Fiorillo graduated from Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College with a degree in Biobehavioral Health before earning her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine. During medical school, she worked closely with the local YWCA in support of survivors of sexual and domestic violence. In collaboration with the YWCA, she created a medical school elective focused on trauma-informed care and received an award for victim advocacy in recognition of this work.
Dr. Fiorillo completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn State, where she gained comprehensive experience in obstetric and gynecologic care and further developed her interest in minimally invasive surgery.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Fiorillo is an avid runner who enjoys running marathons and plans to take on the New York City Marathon. She also loves traveling and exploring her new home in New York City.
